Amazon founder Jeff Bezos scatter in a 23 million apartment in New York. Bezos bought a four-bedroom unit at 212 Fifth Avenue. It should be highlighted that the billionaire already owns a three-story penthouse and three additional units below it. With this purchase, the Amazon founder owns $ 119 million worth of apartment property in a single building. He bought a 4,155-square-foot condominium located inside the iconic skyscraper in the Flatiron district. According to a number of US news websites, property records registered in New York City show that the deal was agreed in late July. It was finalized in early August. The unit is equipped with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a coffered ceiling, gallery walls, marble floors and large windows that give residents a view of the World Trade Center and Madison Square Park.

The new unit he bought was Unit 20A, according to the New York Post. The unit had a begining sale price of 18.1 million, 23 percent less than its final retail price. His new apartment sits below the penthouse which extends into 22nd, 23rd and 24th floor as well as 21st floor units. Prior to purchasing the apartment, he paid 16 million in April 2020 for a condo unit in the same building. The three-bedroom apartment was located on the 20th floor of a skyscraper. Including the latest purchases, the billionaire has added 4,100 square feet to his mansion in the sky.

The billionaire bought a pre-war building in Nomad where he already owns about $ 96 million in real estate, including the Triplex penthouse and two units below it. Now, Bezos has a total of 5 homes in the building. Bezos bought its previous units in June 2019 for a total of 80 million. The units housed a three-story penthouse that stretched to the 22nd, 23rd and 24th floors.

It has a seven-room master suite, a huge skylight, a 5,000-square-foot terrace on the second floor, rooms for a pool and a small rooftop terrace with views of the Empire State Building and the World Trade Center. The other two apartment units are on the floor just below the penthouse and the newest unit is on the 20th floor adjacent to those units.
