A 30-year-elderly person passed on after he tumbled from the nineteenth floor of a highrise in South Mumbai, which burst into flames on Friday. In a video of the occurrence, the man is seen swinging from the overhang of a house on the nineteenth floor from where the fire was accounted for. He is additionally seen tumbling to the ground.

As per the Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB), the episode was accounted for from Avighna Park Tower, Currey Road, around 11:51 am. The fire unit said the episode has been pronounced a Level-4 fire. A level 4 fire is classified in the "extremely high" peril classification. The private structure has 61 stories and the reason for the fire was not yet known, said a MFB official.
The authority further said 12 fire motors and water big haulers have arrived at the spot. Firemen hurried inside the structure even as dark tufts of smoke were surging from the structure. Cooling tasks were on and 26 individuals have been safeguarded to wellbeing, said MFB authorities.
As per ongoing updates, the fire is taken care of and no more injury were accounted for, authorities said.
Iqbal Singh Chahal, BMC chief, has requested a test into the episode. He said, "Main goal is to save the lives and fire has been contained by detachment staff. Cooling work is on as smoke is thick and severe move will be made against those mindful."
Mumbai civic chairman Pednekar showed up at the spot and met fire detachment and police authorities to check out the circumstance. She said, "A type of flash caused the fire. The fire arrangement of the structure reacted ineffectively. We have requested an investigation into the episode."
Maharashtra Minister Aaditya Thackeray likewise showed up at Avighna Park condos to survey the circumstance.
